    Well, that was expected. Sad.

Someone said that it seems like runners on third score in situations like this for the Reds. That's why I said it was expected. Maybe you missed that post?

    Hanigan guns the runner down.

    Two outs, runner caught stealing.

I'm glad because Lecure is pitching beyond slowly here. This inning is kind of endless.

I can't help but feel like this game will be far more crushing. Something like we lead 12-9 heading to the bottom of the 9th and lose on a grand slam.

Check out Cleveland's 7-8-9 slash lines and damage tonight. Brutal.

That sounds like a definite possibility.

    Reds are close. 4-9 with 3 RBI's.

I did not miss it...but that does not mean I expected it to always happen. 2nd and 3rd and 0 or 1 outs and a team scores? I think that will usually happen a lot more than it does not.

Votto to lead off the seventh. He's 2-3 with a homer. I would say Joey is hitting rather well these days. He's leading the NL in nine offensive categories according to Indian announcers.

    Joey walks.

I don't either, and especially this year several times. I remember Cueto and Leake pitching out of runner on third with no one out situations.
