For the record, I always wanted Marshall to keep the closers job.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Time for Chapman to go to Louisville and finally learn how to pitch.

Unfortunately, there's no A/B test for Leake vs. Chapman.

Chapman has lost it completely. Time to get rid of this experiment as the Reds cling to first place.

Same here. I think we might've been the only two. I love watching Chapman pitch...but I had no clue why Marshall was pulled.

    Mourneau strikes out swinging.

Chapman and Latos need to be taught that a walk is not death.

When these guys fall behind in the count, they groove pitches.

As I watched that at bat, I was hoping Chapman would walk Willingham.

Good hitter, 3-1 count, you cannot groove the pitch.

The Reds need to teach these pitchers that the objective is to win, not to have a low walk stat on your resume.

Need the stability of Marshall at the closer. Chapman just has these swings where he kills us

Hate to say it, but this looks more and more like a .500 team again.

One pitch and people have learned to time it. Exposed. Going to be a lot more pain in the ninth if they keep throwing him out there.

So you want to send the pitcher with a 2.06 ERA and a 61/11 K/BB and 0.8 WHIP to AAA to "learn how to pitch?"

I know he's hit a rough spot but holy overreactions batman.
