Me thinks you understated that one a tad.

I'm convinced that Brandon Phillips will be an Ozzie Smith-type Hall of Famer.

Sorry- wrong play. Two very fine plays back-to-back.

We need at least 2 pronto. But with Diamond at 60 pitches through 6 and having our best hitter stymied, it's going to be tough.

Just wondering. Did Berry really send Bruce home on the Ludwick hit? On my TV, Bruce was out by half the distance of the baseline.

I haven't been on the thread much today.

My TV must have transmission problems or something. He couldn't have sent the runner there, Nah.

Yep. He clearly waved him in.

Prediction: Frazier-Mes will make some rookie magic against this lefty.

Mesoraco singles to center. His 2nd hit today.

Mes and Ludwick are the only two who have looked good against Diamond today.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."
