Of Corcino's first 50 pitches today, 31 are balls. Ouch.

Stephenson two hitless innings. One walk and two batters struck out. Billings leads 1-0. Dickinson homered. Excuse me. Winker does have a double.

Hoover and Joseph finish off the shutout for Louisville, 2-0. Bats pitchers gave up only three hits--two by Joseph. Gathright had four by himself--more than half of Louisville's total.

Pensacola tied it 3-3 with three in the sixth. Beau Mills came up big again with a 2-run double. Corcino was relieved by Serrano after four innings.

    Stephenson's final line:
    Code:
IP H R ER BB SO HR ERA
    4.0 4 3 1 1 4 0 2.00

    Groundouts-flyouts: Stephenson 4-1
    Batters faced: Stephenson 17

Brian Pearl, trying to build on the great success he had out of the Bakersfield bullpen, gave the three runs right back--plus one--and Pensacola trails 7-3 after six.

Dayton drops a 3-2 decision. Kyle Waldrop and Yovan Gonzalez each went 2-3 with a walk. Quezada and Cole Green pitched well.

Brodie Greene's second 2-run double keys a 2-run rally and Pensacola pulls within 7-5 in the seventh.
