I'm a lefty so it was CF for me after little league (If you could catch & throw you played infield or pitched in little league).
Vada used to hold on to each end of the bat and take it over his head and behind his back all the way down to his waist, and of course I did that all the time.
Vada was ultra fast, many say he was faster than Mantle (I'm talking before Mantle got hurt).
IMO, Vada should be in the HOF!
