Would have liked to see Chapman pitch an inning or 2 of low leverage situations before getting back on the horse, as Dusty would say.

"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I'm hoping they've fixed the 'O' ring problem on the Cuban Missile. I'm slightly nervous.

I'd have gone with about anybody but Chapman. Really hopes he proves me wrong, but I agree the sentiment that he needed a low leverage appearance.

Look, everyone, this is a big risk using Chapman here. Let's just hope he holds them.

Dusty obviously is trying to restore Aroldis' confidence. We will see.

No reason whatsoever Marshall shouldn't be pitching the 9th irregardless of the outcome. Poor decision by Dusty.
