    Serious question:

    Will Dusty ever bench Rolen?

Bottom line, purely IMO, this team is simply not close to being true championship caliber.

They'll hang around the Central all season just because the Central is so bad, but this does not look like a team capable of a deep playoff run. The pieces just don't fit together that great, the more minor pieces especially.

You guys do realize that Pittsburgh is playing St. Louis this weekend? One of them has to lose.
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

    Bumgarner singles to left.

Some are on here. And I agree. Time to move him for offense and move Chapman into the rotation--or someone else. Or anyone. I see the kids like Bumgarner and just wonder why we continue to hope Bailey gets it. I've list patience.

Yes. But they will probably, well one of them, pass us.

I just don't get it. Even Griffey was a part time player when he went back to Seattle and that Mariners team was bad and he "earned" a lot more in Seattle than Rolen has here.

Let's hope someone's GM is before the trade deadline.

Well I think that is it for me tonight. Blanco triples to right center. 4-0 Giants.
