Steve Selsky is finding Bakersfield to his liking. He was 3-4 tonight. Through 10 games with the Blaze he is hitting .405 (15-37). Of those 15 hits he has 7 doubles and two HRs with 7 RBI. He also has 7 Ks vs. 8 BBs.
He is quietly putting together a nice season between the Dragons and the Blaze.
The Nuts tack on one more in the top of the 9th off Brooks Pinkard. The Blaze head to the bottom of the ninth trailing 11-5.
Theo bowe walked ot lead off the bottom of the 9th, followed by a Travis Mattair single, but that was it. Bakersfield falls 11-5.
Pensacola, Dayton & The AZL Reds win tonight.
Louisville, Bakersfield & Billings all fall.
