Hopefully they won't need Miguel's services for as long this year.

Usually, I agree but, I have no faith in Valdez
This is the ol Left Hander rounding third and heading for home.

    K. 2 down.

I have no faith in Valdez either, but I wouldn't have ph him.

    Should have had Leake batting
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Crud. Soft liner to 1st ends the inning.

May have been better odds to send Joey up there with orders not to swing.

bases loaded with no outs and they couldn't plate an extra run across the plate. that's how you lose games.

Yep. He wouldn't have chased one in the other batters box.

Hanigan needed to do something there. You don't expect him to strike out in that spot. Four hits and one run.

    Tough.

Dusty's too scared of that because of the extra innings.
