Kyle McMyne comes on in the ninth and gives uo a one-out walk, but that's quickly erased by a DP to end the game. The Blaze with the only win of the day so far for the Reds system. 4-2 over the Storm.

Covington went 2.1 and gave up the four runs, also walking four.

Gotta like Washington, Rachal and Rahier--all kids making their pro debuts out of high school (although Washington was drafted last year)--hitting 1-2-3 in that lineup, and producing. And that's with Winker playing up in Billings.

Pinneda allows 4 more in the top of the of the fifth. A 2.1 inning total of 7 runs on 4 hits (one HR) and 2 BBs. The AZL Reds now trail 11-4. Some ugly numbers being hung up on pitchers throughout the system today.

Jonathan Moscot and Joseph Housey both made their debuts with the AZL Reds last night. Neither contributed mightily to the 14-9 defeat.
