Cairo grounds into a 5-2 FC. Bruce not having a good week base running.

He better buy Mes a dinner if he can get a hit.

Ever try to post during a game on an Android phone. Horrible. Just like that last play. First pitch.

    Welsh with a decent point.

If Bruce doesn't go they still have 2 outs and need a hit.

It's called a contact play guys. What the heck is he supposed to do? He's 10 feet off the bag and the ball is hit straight to the drawn in third baseman. He's hung out either way.

If you scroll back he was called "not good". Do you refute that that was not beating him down?

I see his point too. Bigger issue is Cairo couldn't produce a fly ball.

Bailey is a 4 or 5 starter. What's so hard to understand? This Dodger lineup sans Kemp and Ethier is akin to a bad AAA lineup.

Bad AB by Cairo .....not beacuse he swung at the 1st pitch but he took a pitch that was better served to be driven the other way,....to even avoid having a play at the plate, in most instances if it goes to the right side.

Bruce was stuck there......he could have easily just been tagged trying to come back to the bag.

OK.....so Bailey is a good #4....sometimes pitches like he is a #2.....and we all hope he can be a solid #3. He is just flat out inconsistent.

To be fair Cairo got pretty good wood on it, just right into the defensive positioning.

That's not very harsh by Redszone standards. Eric Milton would have loved "not good"
