Agreed, a pretty good 5 starter. But he has the tools to be much more. Hence the bashing by most.

Bailey hasn't looked that bad, I don't think. Hairston hit a decent pitch out.

Bailey has actually settled in a bit, although it's still early.

Offense is gonna have to string a few hits together though or those 2 runs will be enough. We will see.

Now he's telling Jim Maloney stories. Vin Scully should narrate my life...

Not too many clubs pencil in #1 draft picks as a hopeful #5 starter 8 years after they are drafted.

I thought his stuff was on tonight, but the ump is calling a very tight zone tonight too. Hard to tell. Hopefully he keeps it where it is and we can score 10 runs real quick like.

Speaking of Sam Adams, is anyone partaking? I'm in the middle of a Bell's Two Hearted.

So, has Mes been a disappointment to anyone thus far?

Defensively, no. I sure thought he would hit more than this though.

Like three starts ago when he allowed 1 run in 8 IP?
