Wow...with all the precautions with head injuries, I'm shocked Cozart is playing.

I am too. I would have thought he would sit one out just for precaution. Good to see Votto back.

If you look at the replay of the Cozart head hit it looks like the ball caught more helmet than anything. It looked as if his helmet was coming off when he got hit which turned out to be a good thing because the helmet took most of the impact. Good to see him and Votto back. Welsh was calling this the "Snub Game" because of Capuano and Cueto. Id love to see Cueto throw a gem tonight and shove it in the face of TLR

Stubbs is 0 for his last 17 or so. Taking pitches he should swing at and swinging at pitchers pitches.
Attended 1976 World Series in my Mother's Womb. Attended 1990 World Series Game 2 as a 13 year old. Want to take my son to a a World Series Game in Cincinnati in my lifetime.

Is he 0-for his last time Votto was hitting behind him? He's been getting a lot more breaking balls since then it seems like.

Let's have a good, clean game thread tonight. Nothing below the belt.

Remember, we have one of the best teams in the sport, or so says the last 80 games.

Anybody watching the game on FSOhio? Welsh looks hilarious. I think he lost a bet to Kelch.

He bought it in San Francisco.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Makes sense. Bright lime green blazer with matching bow tie is a jailable offense in most cities.

Perhaps he was inspired by Anderson Cooper.
