Maybe all of these mental mistakes will somehow get Dusty fired and Walt to actually get a high OBP bat. I'm trying to make myself feel better.
This is the time. The real Reds organization is back.

This team is pathetic right now. This is so hard to watch.

They're the only team I can think of right now that can go from looking like a viable contender to looking like an AAA team from the movie Bull Durham in two weeks time.

At this point I am starting to wonder if Walt is even alive anymore. How he can watch this and do nothing is beyond me.

That's what I figure. I don't hate on Dusty nearly as much as the regular Reds fan, but his running the Reds out of innings has worn thin on me.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Yeah I've been trying to think along those lines. It was starting to work until Phillips got picked off then I just went back to being miserable.

I don't think Jacoby is the right hitting instructor for these young hitters. With the exception of Votto, they are all staqnant or going backwards.

Phillips ran the Reds out of 2 innings tonight with just completely boneheaded plays.

Not a chance. Everyone important is under contract for a long time still.

They might sell off a few fringe guys, but no one of any merit.
