Grandal and Alonso to lead off the bottom of the 9th. Of course they are...

I dislike the guy that wrote this screenplay tonight.

I wasn't completely serious. And the way things are going right now a HR seems unlikely from anyone.

Scouting report on pitching to Bruce is out... Throw outside early (get phantom strike), and get him behind in the count... K, rinse/repeat...

That being said... If Bruce is EVER going to reach his potential, he HAS to learn how to adjust when he's down in the count...

What is Phillips doing. Again he messes up an inning and gets picked off.

Mid sentence of telling my dad why I think it's dumb to have him running, and he gets picked off. Of course.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."
