Reds' top prospect Billy Hamilton finished 3-for-5 with a double and three runs scored. The shortstop added two stolen bases to give him 103 on the year, equaling his career high established last season with Dayton.
I would think Winker could and should get to Dayton in the next month if he continues to rake at this pace. Especially since they (somewhat inexplicably) decided to start Gelalich in Billings.
Another amazing statistic is that in 81 games Billy Hamilton has scored 78 runs. That's nearly a run a game. Hey, a run a game! Just like the Reds!
