Dusty doesn't take guys out when they have a shutout going.

    Period.

Todd gets the barrel on the ball as good as anyone on this team. And I love that he hits breaking pitches.

That swing by Frazier was great. His eyes got SOOOOO big when he saw it was the pitch he wanted. Too funny.

Todd is our clean up guy. He does better in those situations then most of our other hitters. Brandon wants to leadoff, so let him and go with:

    BP
    Coz
    Votto
    Todd
    Bruce
    LF
    C/CF
    CF/C
    P

People please....Rolen feels better today, he will need to start again by saturday. So...don't get all comfortable with Frazier here for tomorrow.

With the first two hitters in Dusty's sham of a lineup being the only Two with a sub .300 OPS, it's time to bat Todd higher, but don't hold your breath.

He will be in left...or given a day of rest even with the all-star break right around the corner.

I know I'll get hammered for this but the kid is a winner too - he's been winning since he was little, he expects to win. I like that. I don't mean other guys don't like to win but I do believe there are a lot of guys without a pedigree of winning that don't expect to do so.

You see that in softball all the time, but in baseball, at the Major League level, you gotta have great vision and quick hands to have time to load up for a pitch like that. He recognized it, waited on it, and tagged it. Nice!

Cabrera strikes out swinging. 8 Ks for Arroyo.

No, I agree completely. When they're not in the game, they're bringing the other guys up. Winners have that attitude like it's never over. And yes, Todd has that attitude.
