We may get a real Sunday Special. Cairo AND Valdez.

You're going to rest people the day before the break? Why?

    We may. Pre-ASB.

However, it would be a real shot in the arm for the Reds to win tonight and tomorrow. It would give them six out of eleven on this trip.

So I hope Dusty plays SOMEBODY tomorrow.

Have you been watching Votto and BP?

    Day game after night game.

Rolen is playing tomorrow, so somebody gets rested.

Give guys an extra day after all these consecutive games on the west coast.

    C'mon dude.

Yeah Votto has only been on base 6 times tonight and last night. Clearly needs a day off.

Keep them in and let Votto play the game Tuesday. He only needs 2 ABs. And then will get 3 days and 2 nights off before July 13th.

If Votto was that bad off...he would not hurt himself any further by insisting on playing more than he should. It's not like he's running like Lance Berkman out there...is it?

It would have been comical if Stubbs had GDP.....I mean, we all want him to cut down on his SO but the time we would prefer it over a DP, he almost grounds into a DP.

Yeah, since Harris is on the minor league DL.

Homer is throwing bullets this inning. Like in LA.

Great feature for a starter to be able to get stronger late in games.

That's not what I'm saying. Are you physically WATCHING him?

I don't think Joey is hitting with his usual authority and power.

In his case, it doesn't matter too much. Now he only gets singles and occasional doubles.
