Our bullpen has sucked hard lately.

I said before this road trip, if we go 5-6 or 6-5 it is a good road trip. The longest road trip all season right before the all-star break, to the West Coast is brutal.

We can't help what the Pirates are doing, they are hot, they will come back down to earth.

If we win tonight, we are 5-5 on this trip.

A Mayish start from Bailey. Not the mechanical "pureness" of the last 3 innings vs. the Dodgers but good enough against this team.

    So did he.

On a pretty well hit ball mostly over his head he broke back well but not full go, looked up to check out where the fence was and on the front edge of the warning track tried an unnecessary basket catch and missed it....ugly. Willie Mays puked.

The 2 errors cost him 2 unearned runs. should be 6-1

Why is it hard for our BP to throw strikes with runners on?

It still is considered a quality start due to the errors. This pen has had a bad last 5 weeks. They simply don't perform.
