Logan won't strike out many, but if you need a guy to come in with 2 outs to cool things off, he's generally your man. It's in Chapman's hands now.

I remember a lot of folks who loved that Marshall trade. Looks like some scout dropped the ball.

What I don't get is how Dusty is about the batting order but yet throws Marshall to lead off the inning against CQ a RH batter.

How many times this year has Marshall been sent out to work an inning only to have to be rescued by Ondrusek? Dusty needs to kill it with the idea of Marshall being an "8th inning man" and use him as a matchup pitcher.

I still like Marshall, we just need a manager who knows how to work his staff.

I wish he'd use Simon more, he's earned it.

My guess is that happens upon Masset's return, since that's a role he's familiar with. Marshall is nasty when used correctly (not as closer or all-purpose setup guy)

the scouting report has cought up with him. "throws mostly slow curves, lay off of it unless its up in the zone. If it starts in the zone it will be a ball." When he's behind in the count will groove one right down broadway."

That's been his scouting report for years now.
