Johnny with 3 mediocre starts in huge ballparks.

Enjoy the AS break, look much needed.

Didn't get to six innings. Pretty disappointing outing for Johnny. Your ace is supposed to do better than that against an inferior club. Now we're back to a one-run game again with possible disaster.

1 run lead is TOTALLY the fault of the offense.

    1st & 3rd with 1 out in the 3rd inning. 2 k's.
    1st & 3rd with NO outs in the 6th inning. 2 k's, an IBB and a 3rd K.

    That is BEYOND pitiful execution.

Denorfia flies out to right on the first pitch. 3-2 Reds after 6.

I'm sure Tony LaRussa is happy about this outing.

1 run is not a comfortable lead though. Reds need to put up at least 1 or 2 more.

Marty said on the radio that Cueto has looked at his hand many times during the game, which Marty said he might have a blister bothering him.
