Cozart, Stubbs and Votto up. Two outs and a hope.

    1st & 3rd with NO outs in the 6th inning. 2 k's, an IBB and a 3rd K.

    That is BEYOND pitiful execution.
Would have been nice to see Frazier in there with 1st and 3rd and 1 out in the sixth instead of Rolen.

Wow. MLB record for Cozart. Most doubles by the ASB by a rookie shortstop.
    2014 predictions:
99-63 WS champs (Cards take 2nd WC, Mil 3rd, Pit 4th, Chi 5th)
Bruce/Votto neck and neck MVP race (neither takes it)
    Bailey CYA winner
    Hamilton ROY & GG

Johnny's outing was fine as far as I'm concerned. Obviously not one of his best outings, but he didn't give up a lot of runs. And Kotsay is dangerous, he walked in the run, but it could have been much worse.

Sometimes you pitch off the plate, if you walk him you walk him, rather than come in with the bases loaded to a good hitter.

The Reds offense has been subpar since the second half of 2011 and it's not getting better. Speaking of which, the unDimaggio is up.

Lucky break there. That should've been caught.

Stubbs bunts the runner to 3rd. Not really a good bunt but it falls to get the runner over.
