Since it seems appropriate, Fay tweeted last night that Sheen was at game 2 of the NLDS and they showed him on the jumbotron in Reds gear and the crowd booed.

Granted I'm not going to spend much time complaining about the singer of the national anthem at a REDS HOME PLAYOFF GAME.
Darius Rucker is most definitely not a D list singer.

By the way, only in Cincinnati would Nick Lachey keep Darius Rucker from singing the National Anthem.

Does Peter Frampton still live in Cincinnati? He did the National Anthem with his guitar and talkbox once. I'd pick him over Lachey and Rucker.
Wear gaudy colors, or avoid display. Lay a million eggs or give birth to one. The fittest shall survive, yet the unfit may live. Be like your ancestors or be different. We must repeat!

I believe he moved away last year following a divorce.

Either of those guys has to be better than the first World Series game in 1990 when a banjo player played the National Anthem. Made the rest of the country think Cincinnati was where they filmed Deliverance.

I only know Hamm from the Doug Loves Movies podcast. I am not the sharpest tool in the shed, but I guess I should have figured out by now that a different Doug was hosting that show.
