Votto's walkoff GS in extra innings making his 3rd HR of the game should be above Phillips play.
Phillips is a constant highlight reel at 2nd.....he could've and probably should've made the ASG.....for some reason the players or fans didn't vote him in and we know why he wasn't a manager's selection.
