Quite honestly, Marshall hasn't been what I expected. He hasn't been awful or anything, but definitely not a shut-down end of the game stopper, either.

We didn't need that. Let's score two.

I see Zach and Brandon boiled a little crack together before tonight's game.

I've got a question. Did Thom Brennamen play baseball ever?

“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Marshall simply cannot come in with the fastball, it's too easy to hit.

The curve is great, but he has to keep the fastball off the plate.

That hit he gave up was a fastball down the pipe. He can't get away with that.

He's not that different from Arroyo, just from the left side and in relief.

If I were a Cardinal fan, I'd be really mad at them tonight.

Reds were fortunate on that last call, the force play. Very close.

He has a 2.97 ERA with over 11 K's/9 and less than 2 walks per nine.

What more did you expect out of him? That's bordering on stellar numbers.
