Bats bat-around in the first. 6-0 over the Gwinnett Braves. They've gone from the Bad News Bats to a pretty interesting team to follow.

What I like better than the complete game is a complete under the duress of a 2-1 score.

His ERA in the Southern League is now 1.29.

Louisville loads the bases with a single, walk and a single before a wild pitch plates Henry Rodriguez. No outs in the 2nd, 7-0 Bats and runners on 2nd and 3rd.

Wow! Louisville leads 13-0 with the game still in the bottom of the second.

Grand slam from Phipps, 3-run jack from Soto (10th HR of the year), Rodriguez, Navarro and Puckett are 2-for-2.

Gonna be hella nice when September rolls around and we can have three catchers on the roster the caliber of Hanigan, Mesoraco and Navarro. All good defensively. All good at the plate.

Jacob Johnson gave up 6 runs in the 1st and didn't come out for the 2nd. Only Yorman Rodriguez has reached base through 2 innings and he was HBP.

Billings gets under way in about 10 minutes. Drew Cisco is on the mound for the Mustangs.

Mark Fluery has the lone hit for the Blue Wahoos through 2. They trail 1-0 with Mark Serrano on the hill.
