    It would depend on how much him playing at 80% interferes with or delays his return to 100%. If doing without him for 6-8 games gets him back @ 100% while playing through it means it lingers 15-20 games. I'd sit him.

    DL'ing him and sitting him several games are two different things.

    I think the point was if they had DL'd him before the break, he would have only missed 6 or 7 additional games. He missed a couple anyway and the 4 days off could have been used as part of that stretch.
