I got goosebumps watching that 9th.

Great moment for Rolen. Way to step up!

Great game by Bailey as well. Awesome job battling back in the 8th and excellent night overall. How nice is it to have good staring pitching?

Great week. Let's keep it going.

The two batters who didn't strike out, were Holliday with that flukey broken bat single and Beltran's swinging 1 inch bunt that sat on the plate.

Very good night by Bailey, a big hit for Rolen, and then a excellent job of closing things out by Chapman.

I know tonight was just a win, but wow, what an impressive and big one.

The Reds haven't always flourished on the national stage (in front of a large and energetic crowd) and they did it yesterday and tonight to sweep, who some think, is the best team in the NL Central. Homer looked outstanding tonight, one of his most impressive outings. The way he battled late was outstanding. Rolen came up big when the Reds desperately needed it. Chapman's 9th innings are always goosebumps in the making and he is usually money in the bank.

I still think this team needs some OBP at the top of the lineup, but games like tonight make me a believer. And I've generally been a pessimist up until now.

6 game winning streaks are awesome. Let's keep it going!

Reds now play Arizona while the Bucs play a horrible Rockies team with one of the worst starting staffs in baseball. We have to keep winning.

I count 3 six-game winning streaks into the last 60 days.

So do I. If not for them, we'd be in deep doo-doo.

Most teams probably would be if you took away 18 of their wins.

Man it feels great sweeping the Cardinals. As someone noted before, this is the Reds third 6-game winning streak of the season. The previous two ended at six, hopefully they can extend this one. I can't wait to get back to Cincy to attend another game. Right now the plan is to attend August 4th against the Pirates (Cueto bobblehead) but I'm hoping to make it to a July game as well. Hopefully the crowds continue being as electric as they were over the weekend.
