Tonight they have a very short bench so Dusty used Leake.
I don't think I need to tell you what a good hitter Leake is.I just don't get how it proves anything that he hit in that situation.Now if Dusty thought for even a second that he should save Leake in case he's needed to PH in the 9th then yeah, that could tell you something.

Yeah all Dusty said on the pregame show was how used-up his BP was (Chapman, Simon, LeCure in particular) lately, and needed a day or two off, when asked about Redman (said they needed a "long man").
I would hope they'd give H-Rod a chance soon, no reason not to add him at this point.
