    Outside the Box but Inside the Org for CF

    What about Ryan LaMarre? I know he's only 23 and in AA (although he is repeating AA and looks about ready for AAA). Personally, I think he's more of a Chris Heisey-type 4th OF than anything, but he does have a career OBP of .355 in the minor leagues.

    It probably wouldn't work. But it might be worth a shot if Stubbs doesn't wake up soon and Walt is unable to reel in Fowler, Span or DeJesus.

    Before you ask, unfortunately he hits right handed.

    I don't think a handful of Double-A games last year counts as repeating Double-A. Also, he isn't 40-man eligible for two more off-seasons, no reason to waste those option years unless they are absolutely certain they want him now.

    Well, theoretically of course, if LaMarre were to come up and go .260/.330 that could benefit the Reds.
