Big time pitching by Homer. Need him to get a couple of quick innings here and there so he can give us 7 today. The 'pen needs rest.
This will not change until the Reds win the World Series.......

    The Estrada K-fest begins.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Stubbs isn't the only guy who gets two strikes on him a lot. Phillips does. Others too.

Drew, though, doesn't foul off the two strike pitches. He just flat misses them.

I wish he could learn to foul off pitches and stay alive.

Who holds the strikeout record for a single game? Is it still Randy Johnson?

    Whoever, beware of Homer.
