Stubbs runs scored per game is much higher than a lot of guys with much better hitting stats - if he could ever hit and OBP just a .250/.330 line the guy would be a real weapon - you'd think that wouldn't be out of reach with his talent

Earlier they said Cozart is tied with Alonso for hits by a rookie, so I'm guessing yeah.

Yes, I don't think the Reds are going to trade him. I think they will keep running him out there, even after the deadline.

    No matter what we think.

    damn, nice scoop by A-Ram.

    Nice diversion attempt by Ludwick
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Chapman is like that great toy you got for Christmas, but don't want to play with for fear of breaking it.

Chappy has his work cut out for him, three tough righty power hitters.

No blame but only pointing out with either ball getting caught no one scores. Just wasn't to be. I trust Ludwick and Bruce more than any other outfielders we have including Stubbs.
Ludwick did not touch the ball.
