I would guess Cueto-Arroyo-Bailey/Latos (whoever is on a roll then).
If it were up to me I'd go Cueto-Bailey-Latos, but I understand why you want to break up similar pitchers.
Bailey lives off the defense. You need guys that can get ground balls or miss bats. Latos would be my 4th starter if they made it to the NLCS.
