    Donnie Joseph comes on for the Bats in the top of the 6th. Allows a runner on an error by Valaka but nothing else. 1-1 tied with the Bats coming up in the bottom of the 6th.

    Huntsville still whittling away with a run off Hayes in the top of the seventh. 5-3 Hoos, middle of the 7th.

    Three big runs in the top of the 3rd for Goodyear. Jonathan Reynoso and Daniel Paula singled, then Brayan Arias followed with his first pro HR.3-0 Lil Reds after 2.5.

    The Bats break the deadlock with two in the bottom of the 6th on a walk to HRod and Soto's 13th HR. 3-1 L'Ville with the Bats up in the bottom of the 7th.

    Billings with a huge 5-run marker in the bottom of the 5th. Matt Lentz singles to start things off and roade home on a 2B by Jon Matthews. Matthews scored on a WP and a throwing error. Brandon Dailey then tripled and Jesse Winler plated him with a single. Winker then came around on Seth-Mejias Brean's fifth HR. SMB impressing at the plate. 6-0 Billings with them coming to bat in the bottom of the 6th.

    Huntsville gets 2 in the top of the 8th to make it 6-5, nut the Hoos have scored once in the bottom of the inning on a single by Miguel Rojas and a double from Ryan LeMarre. 7-5 Pensacola after 8 complete.

    Meanwhile in Goodyear, the Dodgers score single runs in the bottom of the 3rd & 4th innings. Reds lead 3-2 after 4.

    Louisville holds on for the 3-1 win. Donnie Joseph (4-0/2.49) with two scoreless innings for the win. Nick Christiani and TJ Hoover followed him with a scorless inning each. Hoover got his 7th save.

    Soto homered and Phipps, Gregorious, Valaika and Costanzo each had a single.

    Justin Freeman allows 2 singles and a walk in the top of the 9th, but holds on for his 11th save. Pensacola wins 7-5. Sulbaran now 7-7/4.04.

    I'm having fun watching the guys from this year's draft. So far looking good. Really fun getting to see Stephenson.

    The farm system is at the beginning of a resurgence. Triple A will probably be pretty well stocked next year (I hope). And the Reds will have more to deal if needed.
