This ump is a big part of the reason for this being a 9-7 game.

    Marshall coming in.

Everything Ondrusek throws seems to be up in the zone nowadays. He's lucky Rutledge popped that pitch up. Regardless, one out away from getting out of this jam.

Reds play a lot of games the rest of the year at GABP. I'm not sure how much his speed would really be missed.

Not like someone worth giving up the farm for.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I'd have broken normal procedure and used Chapman here.
"I can't take this homerism anymore." - 10xWSChamps, August 11, 2010. A Cardinals fan having a problem with all the homerism on Redszone. Classic.

A bit of a small sample
...the 2-2 to Woodsen and here it comes...and it is swung on and missed! And Tom Browning has pitched a perfect game! Twenty-seven outs in a row, and he is being mobbed by his teammates, just to the thirdbase side of the mound.
