I know it is hard to quantify the intangibles; but, IMO, this season turned when Brandon went yard with the Reds trailing 6-0 against the Diamondbacks.

Even with a 5 run lead Sam is still bad. Idk what happened to him when he was really good for awhile

Bill James wrote an article once about what it means if a team wins 10 in a row. I am going to have to try to locate that. Paraphrasing, bad teams don't win 10 in a row. You have to be a really solid club. There is more to it than that, of course. Google on.
I think he said it means they're not a bad team.
It means they haven't lost in 10 or more games silly rabbit.
