You are really over the top sometimes. So he takes out a pitcher hje just barely put in before the 5th inning ...to burn another one...beacuse Dusty knew it would go from 5-3 to 8-3...at the snap of a finger?

Bray and Cairo have served as well in the past, but they're only hindering us now. Lessons learned in a throwaway game.

"If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

9 walks tonight. Most umps would have called that last one a strike. Padres are playing the game.

Ha, Alonso made Bray look like a decent pitcher in that at-bat

alright, if we get 3 runs this inning and then 1 run in each of the remaining innings...

Bad thing is the Bullpen will be spent after tonight. No way Bray goes one more or does he?

I hope the Reds management has the guts to let Cairo and Bray go. They are doing nothing for this team.

I appreciate Miggy's contributions the last few years, but he looks done.

Just putting that question out there. Not criticizing or anything. And that was a long time ago. As for 70-76, the team was lousy. Just like 2001-2009, you feared the worst every game. I thought with EV pitching, the Reds could come back, but though still possible, it's not likely. Regardless, my concern was the people, some of whom came 6 hours to see the game (neighbors of mine). I'm sure their little vacation was ruined.

Rangers are getting beat 12-4 tonight. Makes me feel a little better since they're a good team too
