    Damn, nice at-bat by Venable.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Now 2-2 count. Now strike three swinging.

Bailey threw around 1,000 pitches that inning but no damage.

Runners left on 2nd and 3rd. Reds up 1-0. Homer at 53 pitches thru 3, over 20 that inning.

I keep telling each batter to STAY BACK. Every single one is way out in front of his blazing 88 mph fastball.

Valdez swipes 2nd on a failed hit and run
BP grounds out to short, throw to 3rd gets Valdez

bad baserunning by Valdez, since Bruce gets a hit, probalby costs us a run.

Valdez was determined to get out this inning.
