[Phil ] Castellini celebrated the team's farm system and noted the team had promising prospects who would one day be great Reds -- and then joke then they'd be ex-Reds, saying "of course we're going to lose them". #SellTheTeamBob
Nov. 13, 2007: One of the greatest days in Reds history: John Allen gets the boot!
These last two days are exactly why I was willing to not rest on the laurels and grab Garza if he were available.
I don't think this is going to become a habit, but it's unsettling nonetheless.

I figured a 6 run lead was cool to go to the ATM and grab a beer from the 7/11. Not the case!
Lecure just starting to warm.. Homer is going to have to man up and get this last out.

I would give Marshall a nice long stint tonight. Lot of lefties on this Padre team.
This crap is getting out of hand. Two games in a row
Wow, it's not easy to give up 6 runs to the freakin' Padres in an inning. Well done, Homer. Just when I was thinking I was completely wrong about Bailey, he pulls a stunt like this. Amazing.

Innings starting to add up. We'll need LeCure and Redmond at least before this season's over.
I don't think these last two days are all on the pitchers. Leake was getting squeezed and both days if you watch, the balls are hit nowhere near the defenders.
Whoever scouted the Padres has the defense positioned all wrong for this team.

Homer didn't find some magical solution to make him a really good pitcher. His BB, HR, and H/9 are all the same as last year and it's the third year in a row his K/9 has went south. He's probably due for a couple more of these.
oh of course
