Cairo needs to be replaced. Anyone in AAA would be better due to SOME upside. I appreciate the job he's done as a Red but we need someone better. Give him a office/manager job and let a youngster with some fire sit on the bench.
He really fell off a cliff this year production wise, surprisingly so.
