I could understand a Hall-of-Famer like Rolen if he was still slumping but not a career bench warmer

    You said that last night.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

    You guys picking on Miggy?

How many teams have a better third string second baseman?

If there's a save situation tomorrow, it needs to go to Broxton. Need Chapman ready for the Bucs.

Agreed. Hopefully Cueto can turn around this SP trend. A solid 8 innings would really be welcomed.

Not me. I like Cairo. But he has really struggled this year and he is looking more and more like he's ready for retirement.

I would love to see Cairo come back as a roving instructor. I still remember when he stepped out of the box vs Halladay during 2010 (reg season) when he was rolling. Miggy then singled and Bruce later homered off Roy to win the game. That's the kind of stuff he can teach. But, at this point, he needs to teach as a coach.
