Strike two on a very low pitch.

Reds get a call to go their way.

    So far.

Bruce doubles down the line, Stubbs scores.

4-4 game...for now. Black saying the ball hit the ball boy. Looks as though he's right.
“I don’t care,” Votto said of passing his friend and former teammate. “He’s in the past. Bye-bye, Jay.”

Bad miss by blue. Pretty clear cut.

I can understand their reasoning. Hard to believe the ball went that far after it hit him...but apparently it did.

Reds need to start hiring their ball girls from San Diego.

The luck we've had with injuries lately, we could use a little in-game luck.

I guess that's a break, but even if that ball did hit the ball boy (and I'm not so sure it did), then it's still runners on 2nd and 3rd with 1 out. Not a guaranteed run, but chances are still good Stubbs eventually scores anyway.

On the replay from the home plate camera the ump is looking right at the ball as it goes straight at and hits the ball boy. That's the only reason I think it was a big miss.
