    Nope.

The Premier League confirmed on Tuesday night that Chelsea's home-and-away wins over their London rivals would not be used as a tie-breaker.

Strange move by the FA, obviously a bit of a money grabbing excersise as in every other league it is done by the results of when the 2 sides meet, even happend in League 1 a few years back for a playoff spot.

Will be so glad whem this season ends.

Arsenal truly deserve the Europa League, they have no one to blame but themselves for being in this situation

I disagree. Arsenal did what they had to with a remarkable season-ending run. I think the board will open the checkbook this summer and 2013/2014 will be one for gooners to remember.

Gunners fans have been waiting for them to open the cheque book for the last 10 years!

Financial they can't compete with Man U, Man City and Chelsea. Liverpool is probably ahead of them as well. Until they pay off the the emirates they aren't going to be making 50 milion pound bids like Man city are reportably doing for Falaco.

I think the new kit deal with Puma will help quite a bit. They are paying a 13 Million Pound advance this summer which will certainly help, as will the renewal of the Emirates sponsorship. Arsenal is in better financial shape than most realize, they've just made a philosophical choice not to spend like drunken sailors. You are right that they will never make a bid like the ones Man City makes, but to balance that no club develops youth players like Arsenal. What Wenger did with this squad is pretty impressive.
