Unbelievable.......Ludwick scorches a one hopper up the middle, Stubbs was running. 2b man catches the hopper on the bag, and throws to first for a DP. That ball was torched.

Uh oh. Last week that is a hit and Stubbs makes it home. Change in our luck doesn't bode well.

Frazier! Picking machine! Robs Neil Walker of extras.
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

    That was a great play!
"You can't sit on a lead and run a few plays into the line and just kill the clock. You've got to throw the ball over the damn plate and give the other man his chance. That's why baseball is the greatest game of them all." -Earl Weaver

Latos (so far, at least) is at his best tonight. Looks flat-out nasty.

A little off his command, but you're absolutely right about his stuff tonight.

Rolen flies out to deeeep right. Snider has to jump to grab it.
