After the inside the parker, I wondered if there would be a spot far enough down the bench to punish Heisey.

Good to see Phillips back in the lineup. Also, excited to see what Navarro can do.

And who would you play him for? Not Luckwick or Bruce and Stubbs has been hot the past few weeks.

Hopefully they aren't rushing Phillips at all

About as solid of a line-up as we're going to have without Votto.

It'd be nice to go ahead and win the series tonight. Last night's win was huge, guarantees that we'll at worst lose 1 game in the standings.

Is there anyone here that thought for even one second in a huge game (where you dont want to give the other team any kind of momentum) that Chapman was throwing at McCutchen to send a message? After reading the Pittsburgh papers and some of their message boards they are convinced that the Reds did it on purpose and will be upset if the Pirates are not out for blood tonight. McCutchen's reaction in the dugout and in the locker room after the game, to me, showed a total lack of professionalism. There is no way that Chapman was throwing at him and to demand retaliation is completely uncalled for. Just understand the situation at the time did not indicate any intention and take your base.

Cuch's reaction in the locker room? All I read on Reds.com was him saying they would just use that to fire them up for today's game.Did not complain about being plunked at all.

    ROLL TIDE ROLL!!

By refusing to talk about being hit and making it known he was not wanting to discuss it he drew even more attention to it and implied he was angry and upset about being thrown at.

All you have to do is watch Chapman for a while. He loses control of the ball now and then and has thrown several to the backstop. He is wild at times. There is no way he was throwing at McCutcheon, especially in that situation late in the game.

Gotta get something out of Bruce tonight. We need him and Navarro from the left side to get some hits off McDonald.
