Frazier flies to right. Too many short fly balls
Hanigan hits first pitch (are you serious) to right again.

Gotta go get my wife at school, so I'm out for awhile. Amazingly, I have over half the posts anyway.

"If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

Stubbs singled with two outs, and swipes 2nd. But BP just flies out to the warning track in center.

    0-0 mid 3rd

Meanwhile in Pittsburgh the Pirates are up 1-0 after 6. Bedard has only allowed 1 hit.

The run they scored was a joke. McCutchen blooped a single to center and Chris Young basically walked up to it, dropped the ball after it bounced, and McCutchen attempted to take second. A good throw had McCutchen, but Young threw it away and he took third. Scored on a ground ball to SS.

The ball looks like it's really carrying to right.
