That's basically what I meant. He goes through these bad stretches, but even then Dusty tries to keep him out there as long as possible. I say get 5 or so from him in these games where guys are banging it off the wall and don't push your luck.

You "see it coming" every time he's on the mound, just as every time Homer is on the mound and every time Leake is on the mound. At some point, it just starts to get old. It's one thing to be pessimistic, but these game threads sometimes take pessimism to a whole other level.

You're not the sole reason but you definitely lead the league.

Need to get BP going again. He was on fire before the injury.

Pretend you're in a bar and your friends are all watching the game... this is EXACTLY how the conversation goes.

We are fans...we are happy when they are playing well, and peeved off when they look like poo.

It's weird how I never notice these things if not for the backlash. I figure let's let everybody be themselves.

Depends what kind of friends you have I guess.

The Reds aren't even playing like pooh. They're about to lose back to back games. This is baseball, was that not going to happen the rest of the year?

Not gonna happen here. Every losing game thread has someone calling out someone. Human nature.

Good pitching makes this team look like pooh. It's science.

Isn't that kind of the point of good pitching?
