So you're saying it WASN'T the worst trade in Reds history?
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

There's a voice I hear in the background someplace whispering. "Joey, where are you?"

Out shopping for fancy clothes and expensive coffee.

Or in the dugout. Either one.

As daring as that is, I suppose that is one way of putting it lol

Latos was cruising and was only at 97 pitches. I would have left him in.
    I miss Adam Dunn.

I would've leaned that way too. But it's kinda hard to argue with pulling him. Best pen in the bigs, 1 run game...

Broxton gets the first two, but now another patented Aoki swinging bunt fora single.

Color me unimpressed with Navarro's catching techniques. Too much reaching, too little feet movement. He does block the ball pretty decently, but he rarely gloves those balls in the dirt...just keeps them in front of him. I guess I'm spoiled from watching Hanny.
