I thought he got that call right, judging from the replay. But it was close.

Leake grounds out to 2nd, Cairo out at 2nd.
    Cozart pops up to 2nd

2-1 Reds to the bottom of 2
"Since I've been with the Reds in 1989, we've never had a farm system this loaded," Bowden said. "If we were the New York Yankees and had unlimited dollars, we could have traded for Colon, (Jeff) Weaver, Rolen, (Cliff) Floyd, (Kenny) Rogers and Finley and gotten them all -- and still held onto our top five prospects. That's an amazing statement."

I don't care about the umpire call as much as I do the bunt call. 2nd inning and Leake can swing. That's frustrating.

Gotta say that inning was pretty disappointing. Watching the Pirates lately, they seem to take advantage of leadoff errors like that. Reds just go quietly with Cairo on 1st and no outs.

Reds offense came back for the 2nd I see. Of course you can never tire of seeing Cairo hit.

I'm about as big of supporter as you will find for Jay Bruce but even I am growing tiresome of his ABs
