Hopefully just one more "hold your breath" inning. (I'm exaggerating, the pen has been good for the most part.. it just seems like everything bad than can happen, does )
I'm sure Dusty is thinking Broxton 8 and Chapman 9, but unfortunately I have 0 confidence in any Reds pitchers right now.

Ludwick doubles down the line with 1 out. I'd say he's an important insurance run.

Ludwick to third on a wild pitch.

    X-Man walks. 1st and 3rd for Frazier.

So much for my call that this team would be lucky to score more than 3 runs. Never underestimate the Cubs ability to suck.

Well, I'm sure he was thinking... "This is the Cubs, anything is possible"

Mez with a shallow popup caught in the outfield by Barney. I wanted more runs.

9-6 to the bottom of 8.

Boy it would be nice if Mes caught fire for some stretches like he did the last couple of years in the minors. It seems like his D has really come around, but the bat, not so much.

And they are killing it. Can you imagine what a real manager would do with an undermanned bench?

How about Chapman for a 6 out save?

I wouldn't waste much time. Chapman has had a few days off. I'd hate to see this one slip away.

I would not give them any more chances. Bring Chapman in now.
